Full Focus On The Giving Season In OSI Sustainability's October Newsletter

Last week, we launched the second installment of the OSI Sustainability Quarterly Newsletter which focuses on our company's culture of giving back and meeting the needs of our community as we move into the giving season. As food providers, we recognize this season as a time of being together with family and friends and celebrate the connections that can be made over food.

That's why our latest newsletter focuses on some of our most recent highlights of giving around our network as well as the emphasis we place on food safety excellence.

The OSI Sustainability Newsletter is released each quarter and features stories on some of the incredible projects, achievements and challenges we as a company are facing amid growing and furthering our position as a premier global food supplier that puts sustainable practices at the forefront of our mission.

At OSI, our social responsibility includes both our products and our people in the more than 60 facilities in 17 countries worldwide in which we operate. Being involved in so many communities provides us the unique opportunity to give back and positively impact the lives of thousands of men, women and children, while aligning our social responsibility efforts with all of our core business values: integrity, partnership, teamwork, improvement and innovation. 

The newsletter features stories about OSI and our partners all around the world, namely the recent activities of Food Safety Week, OSI Australia's Turosi Giving, which is providing employees and members opportunities to give back to their communities, how OSI North America is partnering with area food banks and hunger relief programs as a way to give back to the community and reduce food insecurity and how OSI’s Vista is communicating sustainability through action in India.
